December One

Today I start getting serious about training.

I'm weighing in at 166lbs- about 10lbs heavier than what I raced Kona at. The plan is to start with 8 weeks of base with more structure. Running and biking will be the larger components. Tim and I have been chatting about some ideas we've had and how to incorporate those into my workouts. Again- I have Tims logs from the entire year before he placed 16th at Kona, so I'll be looking to that for a lot of my ideas. I'll try to be better about posting more regularly to hopefully keep myself in check with doing the work I need to do. I'll post my basic skeleton of what I'm thinking soon. I'll also post my end of week weight- which will be interesting. Jenni and I are also starting an eating log for MaxMuscle where they will be giving us input on how to improve our diet- I think this is going to be a huge help.

You're not fat... you're just a whole lotta man. Posting your body weight would be a good motivator. We don't have a scale.. but I'm guessing I'm hitting 155 ish.. I can't fit in to my skinny jeans anymore! ha.
