ouch

soooooo... yeaaaaa.... Today.... you can see... lots of fun.

The lovely Mrs. Ewen North- Heather who works with Darth Platjis- aka- Mark Platjis at In Motion was able to help me find a new religion. Thanks Heather! Heather is awesome- great runner herself and really helps take care of Jenni and I.

After weeks of my calves "threatening" to give me more issues than I could bargain for... well, they fulfilled their promises this week. While Heather worked on my calves, she kept saying things like. "oh, Gosh- this is really bad Jeff." and a lot of "oh no"... awesome to hear from a PT. This was the "dry needling" Mark was recently certified for .... fun. Honestly, it wasn't that bad...

JK-

You having issues with calf tightness? I've been dealing with the same this past couple months. Not fun...

You should offer to redo the InMotion webpage for some free services. That page is the worst thing on the net.

JM- you aren't kidding! yea, you're right- I should talk to him about it. Funny thing is- he doesn't need the business...

JF- yea, it seems every year this is the case. I do think it's some of running in my Lunar Trainers- they are quite sloped in the front and probably don't allow my calves to stretch out enough. I'm sticking with my Vomeros for a while I think.

I hope you heal quickly. I had a problem with my elbow playing tennis in college. PT didn't do a damn thing. After months of no improvement I did accupuncture. I have never had a problem since. Best part of the story is my docs name was doctor spock and he was bald with pointy ears, no bs.
