Feeling pretty good as of late. Around this time I always think I haven't done enough, so just have to put that to rest. A few workouts- long run, progression run and a longer ride. Long ride wasn't that great, but I guess it's fun to see the data. Progression run today was pretty good- felt pretty good despite this being probably my first speedy workout in a long, long time. Feeling stronger on the longer runs now, but have yet to still find a consistent strength on the long rides, but I think that will come in the next few weeks.
Right now- eating on the bike, post workouts as well as recovery (despite a few beers here and there) are probably the biggest things I'm concentrating on. I feel as if I am bouncing back quicker and quicker from the harder efforts.

is that the turkey loop?
Hey JK...Ramin here. Great to see your blog!! I was looking for an email address as I wanted to ask you what kind of Garmin you use? I am looking into getting one.
I also wanted to chat some time about Xterra triathlons. I am getting the itch to move on from just running and try something new next season. I thought talking to a pro like you would be the place to start!!
when you get a chance drop me a message at rootscc@mac.com
keep up the incredible training!
Hey - saw you at Denver last week. How'd it turn out?
GZ- hey there. Good to see you there! Yea, I ran it mostly with one of our BoldRunning guys- Stewart- wanted to run 2:55, so I ran with him most of the way as a training run... was a good day.
Hope the race went well for you.
Why didn't you race in Kona this year? Was hoping for an ass whoopin against the Germans!
